All my sleep packages are designed to educate and empower you, now and in the future. We start by getting to the heart of what you’re struggling with. You’ll learn about what makes up healthy sleep and how to create the right setup for your child to get restful sleep and wake up ready to take on their day. My experience with a variety of sleep methods means your sleep plan will work with your comfort level and your child’s personality. Because every child is different and life happens, we’ll be in touch frequently and adjust course as needed during the support period.
At the end of our time together, your child (and you!) will be more rested. You’ll also be able to handle future sleep challenges. My goal is to set your family up for long-term sleep success.
