I offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to discuss your situation. Together we can decide what level of support would be best for your family!
I trained with the most respected program available – the Family Sleep Institute. You’re getting the latest, evidence-based advice by working with an FSI graduate. I’m able to advise on a variety of methods for getting your child to sleep – no cookie-cutter programs here!
Yes! I’m trained to help children with a variety of special needs get more restful sleep. Please consider scheduling a Discovery Call first so we can review your family’s needs in detail.
No one likes to change, and babies are no different! Crying is your child’s way of protesting this change. During sleep coaching we fix all the pieces that make up healthy sleep, so that you are never just putting your child down to cry endlessly. P.S.: Ask me about the research behind crying during sleep training – the results may surprise you.
Sleep problems tend to have more than one cause. A sleep consultant can help you put together all the pieces so that healthy sleep falls into place more easily. I’ve read all the books, know all the tricks, and can save you a lot of time. Most families tell me that the best part about working with me is the support during the process. I’m able to lift them up at the right moment, celebrate small successes along the way, and keep them going. That’s something you just can’t get from a website!
I can work with babies at least 4 months of age adjusted. But there are things you can do to build a healthy foundation! My newborn package is a great way to set up your baby (up to age 3 months) for sleep success right from the start and ideally, to minimize the need for sleep training later on.
Yes, absolutely. During the consultation we discuss your child’s biological needs and work those into the sleep plan.
